Sales are made by Kohler New Zealand Limited. All selected products offered in this clearance sale are end-of-line/obsolete only.

Please purchase carefully to avoid any upset as this policy will be strictly adhered to.

Seconds/Ex display stock

Goods displayed as “seconds” or “ex-display stock” may have imperfections, damage or defects. These will be identified to the customer before purchase. No refunds or remedies will be given for those imperfections. For other issues normal Consumer Guarantees Act remedies will apply to non-business customers only (tradies excluded) who purchase from Kohler New Zealand during the Sale. No warranty will be given.

EFTPOS and Credit Card only. Please note, a 2% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions.

OPTIONS ON THE DAY FOR PURCHASING AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS:-

1. Smaller items - Cash & Carry (products available located in our warehouse)

Applicable for tapware, accessories, small basins, toilets and vanities. Just pay and take away!

2. Larger items - Pay & Pickup Later (products available located in our warehouse)
Applicable for showers and baths. Pick up to be arranged with our Customer Services team  who will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and all pickups must be within the month of November 2023. No refunds to trade customers if goods not picked up. For other customers, goods not picked up will be restocked and the purchase price will be refunded to the credit card used, less a storage and restocking fee of 15%.
 

3. Larger Items - Pay now and Deliver later

Applicable for showers, baths, vanities, toilets and large basins. For all delivery enquiries please ask the cashier for a price and the delivery charge must be paid at same time as paying for the product.  Delivery company will contact customer to confirm date and time once they have picked up the customer’s order from KOHLER NZ Ltd to arrange delivery no later than end of November.
