After 43 years in Glenfield, Kohler New Zealand is preparing to move to a purpose-built facility in Whenuapai, designed to support our future growth, innovation, and customer service.
We will be moving to our new site on the 10th of August and are committed to maintaining business as usual throughout the move.
The new site will include:

✅ Enhanced staff amenities and wellbeing spaces

Sustainability is central to the design, with features including rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient systems, and high-performance insulation.
This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to our people, customers, partners, and community as we build a future-ready business in Aotearoa.
A Fresh New Begining
Kohler New Zealand has officially broken ground on its state-of-the-art new facility in Whenuapai, marking a major investment in local manufacturing and innovation. After 43 years in their Glenfield site, the move signals a renewed focus on improving operational performance, staff wellbeing and long-term sustainability.
Developed in partnership with Midpoint Investments and Aspec Construction, located in the Spedding Industrial Estate, the premises will bring all New Zealand operations – including Englefield – under one roof. With 4,500m² of warehousing and manufacturing, modern offices, a showroom, a dedicated training centre, and R&D space, the facility is designed to support better collaboration and faster service for customers across the bathroom industry.
Construction is underway and is expected to be completed in July/August 2026 – a milestone that reinforces Kohler’s commitment to innovation and growth in Aotearoa’s manufacturing sector.
